British Hill

British Hill is a Life Empowerment Coach dedicated to helping women design the life they want and deserve. British will receive her Certified Empowerment Coach (CEC) certification from IPEC, (Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching) a training program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) in Dec. 2008. She will earn the Professional Certified Coach credential (PCC) through the ICF in 2009. British is a member of the Tampa Bay Professional Coaches Association (TBPCA) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

In addition to developing her private coaching practice, British is a group life coach with The Compass Coaching Network. Compass is an organization of women and professional coaches dedicated to helping women find their direction and create a life they love, full of balance and purpose. British has adapted the Compass Coaching Network’s motto as her own, “Every woman deserves a coach”.

After working in the direct sales industry for several years and achieving Director and other high level leadership positions through team building, customer acquisition, service and retention, British fell in love with the profession. Today, she supports the industry as a whole through mentoring, coaching and inspiring women to achieve their “direct sales dreams” by bringing balance, fulfillment and purpose into their personal lives. British is a member of the DSWA (Direct Sales Women’s Alliance) and a panel speaker on their diversity board.

British’s mission is to assist women in uncovering their true purpose and passions, bringing joy into their daily lives, balancing their energy, bringing their daily activities in alignment with their values, and creating a professional and personal live that they love. She is focused, articulate, committed, personable and sincere.

After many years of working in corporate America, direct sales and on television as a presenter, British has recognized empowerment coaching to be her true life purpose. She has since committed herself to helping women recognize their true purpose and aide in designing their lives.

British is married and lives in Florida with her husband Shelby. She is the mother to a young adult son named Julian, who attends college in Chicago.
